About us

Ordering/delivery

When you purchase from our website you are entering into a contract with Hunters Choice Ltd and agreeing to purchase goods from us and agree to accept the terms and conditions set out here.

Please refer to the delivery information regarding delivery times and courier information.

We try to maintain a strict stock control policy, however occasionally mistakes can be made.  On the occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss substitution or to inform you of when the item is back in stock.

If you request to have a refund because you do not wish to have substitutions, then please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT, prices may change at any time, although you will only be charged the price stated at time of ordering.

Once the order has been placed via the website, this cannot be amended or changed.

Local delivery within 8miles of our unit will be charged a flat rate of £3.  This will be agreed at a mutually convenient time.

Collection can also be selected at checkout and again collection will be arranged for a mutually convenient time.

Our couriers will deliver usually within 24hours of dispatch, however on occasion due to circumstances beyond our control this may be slightly longer.  Our packaging is designed to keep food frozen for 48 hours, if food arrives partially thawed in warmer months it is safe to refreeze this.  We will not accept responsibility for goods refused by you up to 48hours after dispatch.

Couriers will leave goods in a safe space specified by you, and as they are perishable goods drivers are instructed not to return goods to the depot, the only time this will happen will be if there is nowhere suitable for them to leave the goods, and we will not accept responsibility for goods returned to the depot.  It is your responsibility to arrange collection of these goods from the depot and/or pay for a rearranged delivery.

All information regarding delivery that we need to be made aware of must be done at the point of ordering.

We do not accept responsibility for any incorrect address entered on our website, or any problems encountered by our couriers in finding your address based on the information you have supplied to us.

Our couriers will email you with a delivery date and rough time slot/tracking information.  We are not always available to immediately resolve courier queries but will always do out best to help resolve any issues.

If delivery is refused for whatever reason, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or a replacement, delivery must be accepted by you, and a written explanation as to why a refund is being requested, this must be supported with photographic evidence and sent to us at hunterschoiceraw@yahoo.com.  Please ensure all goods are checked on arrival and any issues reported to us within 48 hours, we reserve the right to accept responsibility after this period.

Minimum order is 8kg (only applicable to courier orders), this is to prevent the frozen goods defrosting quickly in transit, all orders below this amount will automatically be cancelled and refunded.


Refunds/returns

If there is an issue with any of our products you must contact us as soon as possible with supporting photographic evidence if possible.

If faulty goods need to be returned to us, this must be done at your own expense, and they must arrive back to us in the condition in which they were received. After inspection if we agree we are at fault then we will offer a refund or a replacement and for that of the shipping costs for sending the product back to us.

We will not accept any responsibility for the disposal of faulty goods if they have not been returned to us.

If we agree to offer replacement goods then this will be done as soon as is reasonably possible.


Liability

Our products advertised on our website comply will all relevant legislation.

We do not accept responsibility for anything that occurs as a result of feeding our product, the responsibility lies with you, the owner of the animal.

All information supplied on our products are approximate/average values and may vary from batch to batch. All photos supplied on our website may vary from the look of products when you receive them as there is always a natural variation in products.
